When you come to me for a session, after booking, I always send a pdf brochure of wall art that I provide. This is so you can have a look through at the wonderful pieces that are available and what the rough costs are. These will then hopefully be sitting in the back of your mind when you are looking through all the gorgeous photos.
So now you have your chosen your favourite photos… what do you do now?
This is where wall art comes in, you don’t want your images sat on your phone or hard drive for years to come, 1 because they can’t be enjoyed and 2, we all know technology fails at some point. Also I must add on here, that it is always recommended to download your photos on to a pc or laptop, as mobile phones have a tendency to decrease the quality of the photos, then if you go to print from your phone, you run the increase risk of printing pixelated photos.
Photos are meant to be printed and displayed to make your heart skip a beat every time you walk past them, leaving you with the biggest of smiles on your face.
This is the reason, that in all my collections I include some smaller printed images, so that I can guarantee that you have some prints. But it can go further. We all know bigger is better. You want something that catches your eye when you walk into the room. Something to cherish and make you smile for years to come.
I know it can sometimes be difficult to choose which piece of wall art would suit your home, but this is where I can help. I can offer advice of which piece I think would suit your décor and style in your home.
From beautiful timeless frames in a whitewash colour to compliment the more modern of homes, to stunning darker wood pieces that would compliment more traditional homes.
Once of the most important factors when choosing your wall art, is choosing the right size and shape it should be. Whether this is a single square image, a multi aperture frame that is rectangular in shape, or frame collections, with a selection of both. When it comes to choosing the right wall art, there isn’t no point in choosing something that is so big (even though it would look stunning) if it is going to over power your room, and the same the opposite way, it’s just as important not to choose something that is too small, that would get lost on your wall and look out of place. You want a piece of wall art that will be the focal point of the room.
If you have something in mind, that you cannot find in my product brochure, I am always available for a chat, and we can go through what you want and I am sure I can find something that you are looking for.
So, to summarise, don’t leave you images on an electrical device, you want to display them proudly for all to see, to be seen and cherished.
Don’t invest in having your photos taken, for them not to be seen <3 <3
