Hello and welcome! I'm so glad you've found me. If you're looking for beautiful, relaxed photography for older babies, children, and families in Rotherham or South Yorkshire, you're in the right place—and I’d love to help you capture those precious moments.
As a Rotherham family photographer, I specialise in photographing children just as they are—full of character, curiosity, and joy. From smiley sitters to energetic toddlers and growing families, my goal is to create natural, timeless images that reflect your real connections and the unique story of your family.
My sessions are calm, fun, and completely child-led. There’s no pressure to pose or perform—just lots of play, cuddles, and laughter. I gently guide you through, capturing a lovely mix of spontaneous giggles, genuine expressions, and relaxed family portraits.
Outdoor sessions are perfect for adventurous little ones and growing families—think golden hour strolls, crunchy leaves underfoot, or wildflower-filled meadows. I shoot across Rotherham and the surrounding areas, and I know some fantastic local spots ideal for children to explore and be themselves.
Prefer something quieter? My cosy home studio on the edge of Rotherham is great for older babies and small family groups. It’s a calm, welcoming space where your child can settle in and shine in front of the camera.

WHEN TO BOOK YOUR SESSION FOR?
The short answer? As soon as you’re thinking about it!
Family sessions can be booked all year round, and each season brings something a little different—whether it's warm golden light in summer, vibrant leaves in autumn, fresh spring blooms or cosy winter sunshine. I recommend getting in touch at least a few weeks in advance, especially if you're hoping for a weekend date or want to catch a particular time of year. That said, I’ll always do my best to fit you in if you’re feeling spontaneous—so don’t be afraid to reach out and ask!
If you’re hoping for an outdoor session, we’ll keep an eye on the weather together and have a backup plan in case of rain. For indoor studio sessions, things are a little more flexible—but as my studio can only accommodate one family with a maximum of 6 people at a time, booking early helps secure the date that works best for you.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE?
My cosy home studio is perfect for smaller families, with space to comfortably accommodate up to six people. It's calm, welcoming, and ideal for capturing those close-knit, snuggly moments.
If you’re planning a larger or extended family session, an outdoor location is often the best fit. There’s more space to move, play and gather everyone together, making it a lovely, relaxed option for bigger groups.
