Here is some information regarding my style of photography and what you can expect in your family photography session.
My preferred style of photography is very natural, capturing all your real smiles and laughter. There will be gentle guidance from myself to get the looks we need, but in essence, we are here just to capture you.

YOUR HEADSHOTS SESSION
Hello! I'm Becky, your Rotherham headshot photographer - I offer studio and location headshots for actors and creatives in Yorkshire. These can be in my home studio in Rotherham, or on location in the great outdoors.
As a parent of children who are already in the industry, I understand how stressful it can be trying to book a headshot photographer. Luckily, for myself, I get to do my children's photos.
My headshot sessions are more than just a photoshoot, I aim to provide a fun session for the children, giving them a little boost of confidence along the way as well as a small taste of the modelling world.
I have a selection of backdrops to choose from in the studio, including white, grey and cappuccino.

YOUR QUESTIONS
HOW MUCH IS THE AVERAGE HEADSHOT? This can vary from photographer to photographer. Each one will have an individual price list with what they include in the cost.
WHAT DOES A HEADSHOT PHOTOGRAPHER DO? Professional headshots are a type of portrait photography. These photos are often used for business profiles, actor / model profiles and spotlight. The term headshot is used as the photo is usually cropped from the mid torso upwards. However, I always do some full length shots as well.
WHAT SHOULD I/WE WEAR FOR THE SESSION? I would recommend bringing a selection of clothes to show different sides to yourself. Ideally, at least a minimum of 2 outfits. When you book your session, we will go through the types of things to bring.
HOW LONG WILL THE SESSION TAKE? Headshots sessions typically take between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours to complete. This depends on how many changes of clothes you have and if you have included sibling photos.
WHERE WILL THE SESSION TAKE PLACE? Your baby photography session will take place in the comfort of my own lovely home studio, on the outskirts of Barnsley and Rotherham, at Manvers, South Yorkshire. It is within easy access from the M1 and A1 motorways.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS? You will receive your link for your online viewing gallery is around 1-2 weeks, usually less after the session date. You will be able to download your selected amount of digital images straight from the gallery. I suggest doing this on a computer or laptop as mobile phones can decrease the quality of the images.
DO YOU SUPPLY PRINTED PRODUCTS? Yes, I offer a selection of fine art and normal printed products, from lose prints to albums. You will receive a pdf document with the products and pricing in. There is also a selection in the studio for you to have a browse through during the session. I always suggest purchasing some kind of printed product, such as prints, album or folio, as they can be a staple to your home, as well as giving you something tangible to show your family and friends and have on display.
